Mad Hatters at the 2002 GGCC Gala
Mad Hatters at the 2002 GGCC Gala. There was a craft station at the party where they gave you a blank hat, made out of a paper bag, that you would then decorate with beads, feathers and colored paper. The guest at the event loved it.
