
The Greensboro Jaycees held thier Inaugural Celebration for their President Maria Hicks-Few on Wednesday, February 6, 2008. The event was held at the Blandwood Mansion.
Liz Duffy was named a JCI Senator.
The evening was well attended with a standing room only crowd as the new board was presented by Maria Hicks-Few with a little help from fellow Green Coat and former Mayor Keith Holliday.

Wyndham Championship Tournament Director (and Greater Greensboro Open Blog reader) Mark Brazil with the von der Lippes, Kevin and Laura.

Jim Melvin presented Maria Hicks-Few with her Green Coat. The last time Melvin presented as Green Coat was 10 years ago to Kevin von der Lippe 1998-99 Greensboro Jaycee President.

Jim Melvin also served as the event's keynote speaker.
