Good Morning,

I would like to thank everyone who attended the meeting yesterday concerning the Green Coat Club and its future. After some healthy discussion and some very good questions, the group came to a general concensus that the best decision for the future of the golf tournament was to create a new organization called The Founders’ Club.

I plan to call a meeting of the Executive Committee within the next few days and work out the details. We will be back in touch with you concerning some planned future events and the things we might need to assist the tournament. We will also develop a set of by-laws pertaining to this Founders’ Club which will essentially be the same as the Green Coat Club.

Thanks again for your attendance and your concern. Let’s be enthusiastic about the future of our golf tournament.
