"Offered here is a very rare complete collection of Greater Greensboro Open (GGO) Whiskey Decanters. These were made in 1972-1982 to commerate the annual golf classic held in Greensboro, North Carolina, which later changed it's name to the Greater Greensboro Chrysler Classic (GGCC) and then to something else (Wyndham Championship). These bottles are hardly ever seen offered for sale, and when they are they are usually priced between 30-100 dollars EACH!! Here you are bidding on the complete collection, eleven total bottles. The breakdown as follows....
1972 Bottle (First) is green and gold. Hertitage China. Erza Brooks Whiskey. This is an empty bottle with the original tax stamp still intact as well as all the stickers. It is MINT

1973 Bottle is almost 18 inches tall and depicts a golfer putting. Yellow, brown and green. Also Heritage china and also Erza Brooks. Bottle is still full and all the stickers and tax stamps are intact. Of course, it will have to be emptied prior to shipment. (Unless you are local and come pick this collection up!!) This bottle is MINT
1974 Bottle is Heritage China, also Erza Brooks. Shaped like the state of North Carolina. Tax stamp and all stickers are intact, this is also a full bottle. Taped to the underside is the ABC store recipt where it was purchased back in 1974. This bottle is MINT
1975 Bottle is Heritage China, also Erza Brooks and also still full. Yellow and green, shaped like a trophy. All stamps and seals are intact, this one is MINT also
1976 Bottle is Royal Halburton China, Old Mr Boston Whiskey. All the stamps and stickers are intact and the bottle is full. Shaped like a golf bag with clubs up top. Mint as well
1977 Bottle Heritage China and Erza Brooks Whiskey. Also full with all stamps and stickers intact. Shaped like a gold ball with a club behind it. MINT
1978 Bottle is Royal Halburton China and Old Mr Boston Whiskey. Also full with all stamps and stickers intact. Shaped like a golf shoe, 14 inches tall. MINT
1979 Bottle is Daviess County. This is also a tall bottle and depicts a caddie holding his hand out. Very rare to find one perfect like this one as the hand breaks very easily. Bottle is full with all stamps and seals intact. It is PERFECT
1980 Bottle is Daviess Country and is shaped like a golf cart. Bottle is full with all stamps and seals intact. MINT
1981 Bottle is Old Hickory Whiskey. All stamps and seals intact and bottle is full. As with the others, this one is MINT
1982 and final Bottle is yellow and green and shaped like a fairway. This one is empty with no stickers. Again, it is MINT
PLEASE NOTE, AS DESCRIBED ABOVE, these bottles will all be emptied before they are shipped. They CANNOT be shipped with the whiskey in them. If you pick them up locally you can have it!! "
