It is marked England Pewter Made in Sheffield England on the bottom. It is inscribed on the front with: Forest Oaks Country Club, designed by Ellis Maples and founded in 1965, is nestled away in the Piedmont area of North Carolina. This demanding test of golf has played host to the P.G.A. Tour since 1977, and has produced such world renowned champions as Seve Ballesteros, Raymond Floyd and Larry Wadkins. It is inscribed on the back with: Forest Oaks Country Club Card of the Championship Course."
