Nike Greensboro Open Work Truck

At the Greater Greensboro Open Blog the ggoblogger covers all things Wyndham Championship and like I say in the masthead "and occasionally the Nike Greensboro Open". The ggoblogger was running late for a dentist appointment the other day when he spotted the rarest of all Nike Greensboro Open memorabilia, the NGO Work Truck. Long before he became the 2012 Wyndham Championship General Chairman, Mike Barber was the 1999 Nike Greensboro Open General Chairman. That sister tournament to the then Greater Greensboro Chrysler Classic, did not have the massive fleet of service vehicles that are seen at work each year at the tournament. The Nike Greensboro Open had this old white pickup truck. I emailed Mike and asked him if he still owned it and he said yes. He also wrote back, "She still purrs like a kitten that smoked three packs a day".
