"1968 Greensboro North Carolina License Plate Topper. Topper is NOS in original sleeve. Home of the G.G.O. is Greater Greensboro Open, Golf. It has great shine and color, some surface rust from years of storage. The sleeve is a little rough but at least it exists. It measures about 12" x 4 1/4"."
