Luke Lanton will Play 2026 Wyndham

Luke Lanton, 22, set the mark for low Wyndham Championship finish by an amateur when he finished tied for fifth in 2024. He skipped his senior season at Florida State University and officially accepted PGA TOUR membership via PGA TOUR University Accelerated after the 2025 NCAA Championship. After a solo-fifth finish at the 2024 Wyndham Championship, Clanton followed Jack Nicklaus as the second amateur with three top-10s in a PGA TOUR season since 1961. He hasn’t won yet but finished tied for fifth at the Puerto Rico Open earlier this season.

Jackson Koivun to Play 2026 Wyndham

Jackson Koivun, 21, won the 3M Open, capturing his inaugural PGA TOUR victory in just his third start as a professional. He finished fifth in last year’s Wyndham Championship as an amateur – one of three top-six finishes he recorded last year. He earned PGA TOUR membership through PGA TOUR University Accelerated last year, but the No. 1 amateur in the world at that time chose to return to Auburn University and accept TOUR membership after this year’s U.S. Open. A native of San Jose, Calif., now playing from Chapel Hill, N.C., he is 70th in FedExCup points and 73rd in the Official World Golf Rankings. After playing this week’s Rocket Classic, he will make his fifth-career professional start at the 2026 Wyndham Championship.

Jordan Spieth to Play Wyndham Championship

Three-time Major winner and 2015 FedExCup champion Jordan Spieth will play the 2026 Wyndham Championship. The 87th annual Wyndham Championship is set for Aug. 5-9, 2026, at Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, N.C. Spieth played in each of the last five Ryder Cup matches and four of the last five Presidents Cup matches. He nearly won the 2013 Wyndham Championship in his rookie season but lost a two-hole playoff to Patrick Reed. A native and resident of Dallas, he will make his third consecutive Wyndham Championship appearance and his sixth overall. Spieth won the Masters, the U.S. Open and the FedExCup championship in 2015 followed by the Open Championship in 2017. The 13-time PGA TOUR winner is 55th in FedExCup points and 57th in the Official World Golf Rankings. His best finishes this year are tied for 11th at the Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by Mastercard and the Valspar Championship. “We are always happy to have Jordan back at the Wyndham Championship,” Executive Director Mark Brazil said. “He’s one of a handful of guys every tournament wants in their field, and we can’t wait to welcome him back to Sedgefield next week. He’s played a lot of golf here and knows the golf course better than most. He could very easily be in contention next Sunday afternoon.”

Patrick Cantlay to Play 2026 Wyndham

Patrick Cantlay is an eight-time PGA TOUR winner who represented the United States in the Ryder Cup in 2020, ’23 and ’25 and the Presidents Cup in 2019, ’22 and ’24. The UCLA alumnus is 43rd in FedExCup points and 39th in the Official World Golf Rankings. He hasn’t won in 2026 but finished tied for seventh at the Valspar Championship, tied for eighth at the RBC Heritage and tied for 10th at the Truist Championship. Cantlay will make his third appearance at the 2026 Wyndham Championship and his first since 2014.

Keegan Bradley to Play 2026 Wyndham

Keegan Bradley, an 8-time PGA TOUR winner, is 76th in FedExCup points and 44th in the Official World Golf Rankings with five top-25 finishes this season. He won the 2025 Travelers Championship but has yet to win this season. He represented the United States as a Ryder Cup player in 2012 and ’14 and as captain last year and the Presidents Cup in 2013 and ’24. A native of Woodstock, Vt., now living in Jupiter, Fla., he will make his fifth Wyndham Championship appearance.
