Marty Sheets Named Volunteer of the Year

"Hello all!
I am in Tucson, Arizona for the week for PGA TOUR meetings, and latertoday (4:30 Mountain Time) the PGA TOUR will be presenting theirVolunteer of the Year award.

In November, I nominated one of ourvolunteers for this award. His name is Marty Sheets, and out of all thetournaments, Marty won the prestigious Volunteer of the Year award!!!This is a neat story. Marty has been a standard bearer for 15 yearswith us, and in recent years Marty has walked with the final group.

Marty has also won the Special Olympics state golf championship manytimes. Marty has Down Syndrome, and I'm pretty sure he is around 50years old. Marty's professionalism and enthusiasm is unmatched, andthis is the first time one of our volunteers has won this award. Iwanted to share this with you before the announcement took place, and weare on top of this in regards to local media. PGA TOUR is handling the national media.

Thanks,

Mark Brazil"
