"Green Coaters,
As many of you know, both Jim Betts and I serve on the Bryan Park Golf Commission. Bryan Park will host the 2010 United States Amateur Public Links Championship next month (July 12-18). We have been asked to co-chair the transportation section of the tournament and would like to have some help from our fellow Green Coaters and Old Timers.
We need help starting on Thursday, the 8th, and running through Saturday the 18th. As the week progresses, the field is greatly reduced so the demand also decreases for courtesy transportation. Drivers will get to drive one of the SUVs donated by Black Chevy/Cadillac. The primary routes driven will be from the Airport to the Marriott (and back) and from the Marriot to Bryan Park (and back).
If you would like to help Jim and I, please go to the Bryan Park website (http://www.bryanpark.com/apl/volunteer.html) and sign-up as a volunteer. Please select transportation as your area of interest.
