Jason Dufner, Retief Goosen Join 2015 Wyndham Championship Field

Jason Dufner, the 2013 PGA Championship winner, and two-time U.S. Open Champion Retief Goosen will play the 2015 Wyndham Championship. Dufner is a three-time PGA TOUR winner including his triumph in the 2013 PGA Championship. He qualified for the 2014 FedExCup Playoffs but was not able to play because of a neck injury and dropped to 90th in the final season standings; he returned to competition last fall. He recorded top-10 finishes at the AT&T Byron Nelson Championship and the World Golf Championships-HSBC Champions earlier this season. He will make his eighth Wyndham Championship appearance later this month; he finished tied for seventh in 2012, his last appearance here. He is 100th in the current FedExCup point standings and 87th in the Official World Golf Rankings. Goosen is a two-time U.S. Open champion and will make his fourth appearance at the Wyndham Championship. He won the U.S. Open Championship in 2001 and ’04. He finished tied for 51st in the 75th anniversary Wyndham Championship last year but finished tied for 17th in 2011. A native of South Africa, Goosen is a seven-time PGA TOUR winner with 24 international victories to his credit. He is 110th in the current FedExCup point standings and 196th in the Official World Golf Rankings.
