Keith Holliday Named President and CEO of the Carolina Theater

"Former Greensboro mayor, Keith Holliday, is taking over as President and CEO of the Carolina Theater. Theater leaders made the announcement Wednesday morning.
Holiday will resign from First Citizen's Bank and start running the theater April 15.
Holliday served as Greensboro's mayor from 1999 to 2007. He served as a city council member for four years prior to being elected mayor."

"According to the theater's website, the President and CEO will report to the Board of Directors and will serve as the community "face" of the Carolina Theatre. In addition, the new position will provide vision and strategic thinking and will be responsible for developing new strategic and performing partnerships.

The President and CEO will be actively involved in promoting the Theatre and will generate and supervise fund development programs as well as provide direction and accountability for Theatre operations and staff performance."
