The arrangements for Senator William Mills Jr #47419, 22nd President of the NC JCI Senate are complete. A Celebration of Life will be given on Saturday, November 30, 2019. The family visitation will be 11:30 a.m. and the service will start at 12 noon. Burial will follow at Floral Gardens Memorial Park.
