"Jerry earned his real estate license in late 1999 and broker's license in February of 2000. His first year in real estate with Seawell, Realtors was very successful as he was named Agent of the Year in 2000.
Jerry also received awards for Top Selling Agent, Runner-Up Listing Agent and Rookie of the Year. For both 2001 and 2002, Jerry again received Agent of the Year awards for Seawell, Realtors and also received awards for Top Selling Agent and Million Dollar Producer.
Jerry joined Keller Williams Realty's new Greensboro franchise in December, 2004.
Jerry's wife, Kathy, provides administrative and marketing support for the business. By profession, she is a Training Consultant and still enjoys assisting Corporations and Educational Institutions with their training and development needs on a part-time basis. Kathy is also Chairman of the Southeastern Small Group Conference held in Charlotte in February 2004 and board member of its sponsor, Watermark International.
Jerry and Kathy have two sons, Camden, who is five years old, and Cooper, who is two years old. They are members of Christ Community Church on Air Harbor Road in Greensboro, where Jerry was Chairman of the Deacons in 2002 and 2003.
He is now Senior Editor of the church's newsletter, "Community Compass" and chairman of the 2004 Men's Retreat, while Kathy is an active member of the choir and leads one of the church's 50 small groups."
