"Still undecided is where the Chrysler Classic of Greensboro fits into the equation. Mark Brazil, tournament director for the Chrysler Classic, said Monday he is confident the tournament will be a part of the PGA Tour after 2006, when the sport's current network television contracts expire.
But Brazil said PGA officials have not told him where the Chrysler Classic will fall on the schedule. Brazil, like other tournament directors of fall events, is hoping to land a date before the Tour Championship to give the tournament more weight with the game's top players. This year's tournament was Sept. 26-Oct. 2."
