Military and Teachers Admitted Free

Members of the military, including active duty, reservists and veterans and their immediate families will be admitted free of charge to the Wyndham Championship by simply showing a current military identification card. Teachers representing Piedmont Triad-area kindergarten through high school institutions will also receive free admission to the tournament. Teachers may bring one guest with them to the tournament free of charge.

This free admission is courtesy of Technology Concepts & Design, Inc., the presenting sponsor for Monday’s Kevin Harvick Foundation Pro-Am. The company was founded in 1988 to provide business and government clients with advanced application and system design services. Today, the company is recognized as a leader in the litigation software and services market, serving many Fortune 500 companies and AmLaw 200 law firms who operate in some of the most complex legal environments in the world.

With their participation in these programs and their sponsorship of the Kevin Harvick Foundation Pro-Am on Monday, Technology Concepts & Design is the Wyndham Championship’s newest Premier Partner, the sponsorship level after those of Wyndham Worldwide’s title sponsorship and BB&T’s local presenting sponsorship.

“We sincerely appreciate Technology Concepts & Design making it possible for us to provide free tournament admission to two groups of very important people and for stepping up to the level of our Premier Partner sponsorship,” tournament director Mark Brazil said. “There’s no way we can thank our military enough for putting their lives on the line to protect our freedom, and educating our children is vital in preparing for our future. We are honored to host these two groups of heroes, and we thank Technology Concepts & Design for making it possible.”

“The Wyndham Championship is very important to our region of North Carolina, and we are very happy to support this vital event,” Technology Concepts & Design president and CEO Bill Johnson said. “The Kevin Harvick Foundation Pro-Am gives our company the chance to entertain clients and provide a true ‘inside the ropes’ experience. From a community angle, I don’t know of two more important groups than members of our military and teachers, so we felt serving as the unofficial host for these great people during the Wyndham would be a great way to give back to our community.”
