At a called board meeting held on December 21, 1942 by the Greensboro Junior Chamber of Commerce a motion was made and seconded that the cost of the stag party be defrayed by the Junior Chamber, cost not to exceed $44.76. At the same meeting a report on the Golf Tournament was made by General Chairman John Foster showing a net profit from the tournament of $123.21
