Frank Nobilo captured his first PGA TOUR title in his second season on the TOUR at the 1997 Greater Greensboro Chrysler Classic hosted by the Greensboro Jaycees. That's not true. He also captured the 1997 Hong Kong Open title and Mexican Open He won the 1996 Deutsche Bank Open on PGA European Tour. He was also the two time New Zealand PGA Champion (1985-87).
Give the guy a break he has had a shoulder injury, back problems related to the fact that his right leg is shorter than his left and an errant tee shot struck him above the left eye. That required 30 stitches.
He also has career earnings of over $2,875,836. (He's also a very nice guy.)
